- Upon receiving your goods, please check and ensure they are in good condition. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection if the goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied.
- Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the goods.
- KOOQA will not be liable for any compensation related to re-installation, transportation costs, or other related expenses.
